The link to the logon page spins and spins before finally indicating a 'Server Error'. Tried multiple times and was unable to connect.

I had something similar happen to me when applying the second time due to a second unemployment. I just hit the 'refresh button' and it said doing so would 'resend' the information. When I did that, it took me to the very next screen. That happened a few times until ulitmately, I got my confirmation without having lost the prior page's information I'd added. Hope this helps.
