Have been unable to access any of my info on twc. Sometimes I am unable to log in at all, but other times I get logged on but as soon as I choose anything else, I'm logged off so I'm unable to view any info or documents related to my claim. It doesn't matter what time of day or which day.

I get logged out when I try to verify my identity with my password.
