Each time I put in my user name and password it prompts Me to put in my social. Once I do that then it ask for my pin and password again. Do that and once I hit submit it completely logs me off. I tried calling but due to the volume of calls, I couldn't get through.

I have created an account and even a pin. Every time i put in my password, then social security then it prompts for my pin and password again, The site log me off. I have not been able to do anything online. I ended up calling. I have been trying this for over 3 weeks now and it still does not work.
