About as nice as them asking for information,  sending a letter confirming that you gave the information and that the hold is lifted from your account.  Then saying you are ineligible for benefits because you didn't provide the information when asked when you did and have the letter to prove it. Oh right , and we can't forget about the ineligibility determination letter that states you can call Tele center to provide the information but when you call Tele center they don't know what's going on and have to "patch you through to customer care " which NEVER answers or is able to take the call. Forcing an endless circle of calling Tele center to go through it all again only to not be able to talk to someone who knows what they are doing in the end. Oh you can make a contact request but it will take 2-3 weeks for them to return the call. Forcing people to appeal a decision they should not have had to appeal in the first place.  Hence, wasting more time so people who need the benefits to pay their bills can't. That's what happened to me. Shady stuff.
