I have tried logging in the past couple of days and it wont let me. I type in I'd and password, then it takes me to the next page where I have to enter my ssn and then it takes me to the next page where I have to reenter my password. Then it says I have successfully been logged off.

I havent been able to login since the first time I sent a payment request some weeks back. My bills are stacking up and I really need help. Feel free to call me at 210-990-7373 if needed. I've called the phone line and tried to login more times than I can count at this point.

Same exact issue. I just want to apply for unemployement and as soon as I get past the page where I put in ssn it says Im logged off. It also has this error that says my SSN is already been used by another user ID. WHich can't be, I have never applied for this before.
Also not one of the phone numbers on the site works
If someone finds a solution please let us know.
I really really don't want to have to go up to the physical location that is local to me due to quarantine. I don't even know if they are open honestly.
