Forced Password Reset - Not Issuing Email for Reset

Forced to reset password when logging in today to claim. Password reset hasn't sent security email to confirm for over 3 hours, tried over half a dozen times to resend. Forced to wait till Thursday to file claim and miss bill's due this week.
