After not being to get to the Employer Info page for filing, I got a number to call... I tried everything, downloaded everthing, etc... Called about 22 times, all busy.... Twice however I got thru... but as I was waiting to talk to a REP I got a busy signal.... what? ... if you hit the lottery and get thru then that should be your opportunity to talk to a human to correct the issues so that you can File a Claim and Get Paid!!
Why can't we leave a number and you guys call us back? would 't that solve a bunch of your Covid-19 issues? We are hurting out here... Be Better!!

I have been requesting payments online and the payments have been direct-deposited into my account. On 6/10/2020 (Wed.) was my next filining claim. I attempted to make my claim and received a message that I need to call because I had not filed a claim for 3 weeks. That is not true. I have been filing my claim every Wed. since I received notification that I qualified for Unemployment. I have received 2 payments to date since original file date. Please Help.
Yep...I woke up to call in at 7am thinking I would be first in line this time and I get the recording to select an option and then I am met with a busy tone...This has been going on for 3 weeks now. I finally was able to leave a voice message on one of the random numbers I was told to call by one of their many robot recordings. Most numbers that the voice tells me to call have been yet a bogus number. WHERE ARE THE HUMANS instead of the Robots? I need to talk to a human before I go BROKE!!!
