Changed password and was able to login but was not able to submit payment request because the em22 popped up again.

I have changed my password and I am still getting message error code EM22. I need to request payment immediately as my bills and livlihood depend on it!! No one is answering the phone at any of the numbers at TWC! This is unsatisfactory for TWC to hide when issues arise dealing with unemployment. I need assistance processing my paymnet now!!
i got a live person that did not know anything was wrong until she went and ask if it was a problem. She was CFO. this makes no sense -512-463-1829 they picked up bugg them till its fixed
Calling them repeatedly won't get anything fixed faster especially since that office isn't even the one who can repair a systemwide outage. We are all annoyed with TWC right now, but let's not bombard their employees with calls about an issue they cannot fix.
