Had to try multiple times to login when I finally got logged in it said page unavailable.

I have tried all day and when I click on Request Payment it just comes back and says TWC cannot provide a secure connection.....Why is this? I see lots of people are having lots of problems today. Can you not POST a note saying you are down are overloaded and suggest ways to get through to you?
