I have tried throughout the day to sign into the site but failed at every attempt to request payment

Am not able to request payment. I missed the date I was supposed to request payment, now cannot request payment on line. The phone numbers given are not answered. the 800-884-6578 - the payment request line is not a valid number. So where does one go from here? Will I lose my unemployment payments?
