I am not able to use my work in Texas log in for applying for benefits. It keeps referring me to the Customer Service line. 1-866-399-0615. THAT number does not work! I tried called 1-800-939-6631, and have not been able to get thru for over 2 weeks. All of my information has been updated but it will not allow me to apply for unemployment benefits: ?
