I have been trying to file an application and I cannot go to the login page or be redirected to the apps page. It says, "This site can't be reached." I have been trying for 2 days at different times of the day.

I cannot logon to my unemployment account.
When i enter my username/password and then verify the recaptcha, it gives me this message
"Error: An error has occurred and has been reported to technical support. Please try again later. If you continue to have problems, contact us."
The same also happens when i try to reset my password.
