And this message on Firefox - SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG

Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.

No matter the browser or device, I get the same message as listed above and I can't log onto anything now. I immediately received the email, but cannot verify my email address as required, because of the broken link. Please help.
I've been getting the same message for the last 24hours. The site told me to apply around 10pm because it's less traffic and they sent a conformation email quickly! But I've not been able to use the link! I also requested the link again and it still saying "
