Website not working still 9:35am however I was able to submit my claim via TELESERVE on the first try
it's a bit of a lengthy process but it'll tell you at end of call if it was successfully submitted and ask the same question it does on site! # provided down low

Keeo getting call failed and the one time I was nearly finished the call ended on me. This is crazy
Not working for someone like me whose deadline was on Sunday it was not working on Sunday either
