wanted to cash out on target, couldn't log in to pay. had to log out and then couldn't log back in.

I have tried this at least 12 times. I put in the username and password, even check to save them and click signin and they disappear and then I get a message that I have to enter a username and password. SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH YOUR SITE!
