Throughout the day all week either the suntrust website or mobile app are frequently unavailable. This occurrence is worse from Friday afternoon through Monday morning. Very unhappy that i have to call the bank to get my balance, see if a payment has cleared, or to make a payment. What is the point of having a bill pay or online service you can rarely use?!

Could Suntrust be any worse? How can a major bank have key functionality like external transfers and person to person payments DOWN on their website for 3 days straight? The entire executive team should be forced to use their s!*tty piece of crap website like the rest of us.
