This issue has been going on ALLLLLLLL week!! VERY FRUSTRATING!! About to change banks all together!!! Customer service is non existant!!! BB&T and Truist App have me circling - one app refers me to the other and the other refers me back. THEN I get a message Service unavailable. Truist HAS my money and I cannot get to my money or any accounts!!!

I'm not able to access any of my accounts through the mobile app.
Truist online banking app down again and couldn't even use my debit card. This needs to be resolved! I will not tolerate much more if this before changing banks period!
