So frustrating. Both box's are checked and hitting submit does absolutely nothing.

Mobile app not working, will not move beyond the screen asking me to agree to the new service terms. It wasn't working on Tuesday, was working yesterday, now it's not working again. SO FRUSTRATING!!!
