logged on Saturday 2/11 and 2 of my accounts are not showing. I called and spent over an hour on phone. Still not showing as of Monday, 2/13

on Wednesday, 2/15 I went to lobby of local branch. I was told that b/c my accounts are in a Trust, I had to fill out some paperwork to get them to show up. Filled out paperwork & returned it that day. Was told it will take 5 to 7 business days to see my accounts. So, I will not have had access for about 2 weeks. This is scary. Why weren't we notified? Also, when I called I was never told this.
