I can enter "agree" under the two new questions on my Truist mobile app and submit is highlighted, however when I press submit, it takes me nowhere. I tried to call customer service and stayed on hold for one hour! I am thinking about just changing banks.
My pay bill accounts have not been ported over. Does this mean I have to rebuild each account I had on the SunTrust application?
