I can not login to the Suntrust or Truist app. Call CS and sat on hold for 1hr 1/2 and still no answer. Ready to switch banks

The Mobil banking app opens to the go paperless options screen. I select options and press save , nothing happens. It's permanently stuck here. I cannot access accounts to conduct any business
