Mobile app wont let me move past the read and agree to service documents

When I log onto the mobile app it directs me to read and agree to the terms of service documents (Electronic Signature Consent and Online Banking Agreement.  I have scrolled through both and accepted, when I hit the submit button nothing happens....won't move past this and let me in my accounts???  I've tried removing and reinstalling the app and that did not work either.

Same problem been in the bank with this for almost a hour with the girl trying to access my account with the app still can't get past agreements and submit it locks up . She gave up said I'd have to do it on home computer and see if it corrects itself I do it all on the app better get with it Truist or I'm moving to new bank with app that works !

Same here , I tried doing it on my home computer , and was able to get passed that part . But on my mobile app it still won't let me submit signed documents.
