Login verification failure and automatic logout

Every time I try to log into my account, on all devices, either I am told the login verification system is unavailable or, after receiving texted verification code, I am automatically logged out.  What an effin' mess.

Error message every time I login. Automatically signs me out, or tells me services are unavailable.

Can Truist get their crap together PLEASE. I am highly considering swtiching banks because this has become such an issue. I have to transfer money for rent TODAY and can I? No. But my landlord doesn't care about my bank not working. Seriously Truist.
