I haven't been able to log in for almost two weeks now. A few days ago I visited my branch, and the banker lady there could not log into my account, either. She said it was the merging of the databases of the two banks that was causing the problem. She also was visibly frustrated because the branch was full of folks with the same problem as mine. She told me that she and the other staff were told that it would be working shortly, but the problem has stretched into days and weeks.
