Checking account not showing on Truist online banking

On Sat 4 Feb the account balances on the phone app no longer had my main account listed . When I logged into the app  this same account was no longer there . When I called customer service the lady said I or my wife had changed this which was not the case. She referred me to my local branch which was unable to help on Sat morning . What's going on . This isn't good when accounts are "removed"
