I have been into the bank two times this week and had to supply all new documents and I still cannot access my checking account. I get on to the system but it just says I have had no activity in the last 30 days and is not even the checking account screen. It does let me on the website, but my information is not there. I knows my name.I was a former BB^T customer. This has been going on since Saturday.
