Can't pay my car payment originally though sun trust went to pay it online and it is now truist when I put my account number in says no account is found. I even tried over the phone and no account was found I am now on hold for 1 hour waiting to speak to someone ugg all I wanna do is pay my car paymentÂ

Same thing happened to me, only worse. I also originated as a Suntrust car load. A week ago I was able to login to my truist accound and I schedule the full payoff amount from an external bank. Now i cannot login to see what the status is or get an official print out of close out the loan. My external bank shows that the draft went over (almost $30,000!) and now Truist has locked me out. wghenevr i sign it it automatically signs me out within 1 second. Tried calling but every single number ends up in a "your wait time is greater than 60 minutes"..... who has time for that. This has been going on for over a week now. This bank seems like a big scam. Please comment here again if you find a solution that does not involve sittign on a phone for hours i dont have time for that BS. thanks!
