Have been unable to log into my business account since the migration to Truist. I have already missed one payroll and upcoming bills due soon. Hours on the phone with customer service (mostly on hold) and branch cannot fix it either. Can't even manage a simple change of User ID & password to make it work.
The entire senior management team should be fired. A total CF.

This is EXACTLY my issue as well!!! I can log in and it immediately logs me out.
