Been trying to access account since transition,,no answer on phone service,no return response on chat service,,, went to two different banks personally,,,both said issue should be resolved in a couple of days it has been seven,,,, what exactly is the problem

Have five SunTrust accounts. Only one appears on Truist account webpage. So far impossible to reach anyone on phone. Lady at bank is trying to help, but she's getting the runaround also. Looks like situation is out of control.
