Cannot access Suntrust Accounts

Major problems logging into my Car Loan accounts and credit card account with my Suntrust/ Truist accounts. A few months ago when paying my Car  the Truist website double deducted my car note. Questionable Banking practices with the new merger between BBT, Suntrust, and Truist and it should investigated by the Banking commission for poor banking practices and possible fraud. I will start the process by contacting my Congressional Representative for Maryland Rep. Steny Hoyer. Not sure if Truist in any other states like Suntrust/BBT was but if so please contact your Representatives for investigation. People locked out of there accounts when previously under Suntrust never had any issues.
