I was able to login this morning but when I was leaving work I tried to check my balance I couldn't login. I thought I may have put in the wrong password or username was wrong but it was right so I called but it was over 60 min wait time which is ridiculous. According to the app and website my account doesn't exist. I txt Bal to 878478 they txt back: Truist Alerts: my # has not been verified. Please sign in to update your profile or call 888-228-6654. Reply HELP for help or STOP to stop. Really how am I supposed to do that smh. I used my card at a store it works I just don't know my balance and can't login. I miss SunTrust never had a problem with them but BB&T I've have many problems.

I have an auto loan through SunTrust. All my payment history is gone and I swear the balance on my loan increased when I finally got into my account. Now it is say I need to reverify and they don't send the code when I try. Time to get ripped off at a different bank. They have lost my business if this s!*t doesn't clear up.
