I am locked out of my account, try to do 'forget password' and TRUIST does NOT SEND THE TEMP PASSWORD AS PROMISED. I can not believe you have been down ALL DAY! Please, get our banking up and working!

Same issues. I cannot login to see what the status of my loan is, and when i use the phone banking it doesnt recognize my account number! Truist has locked me out. whenevr i sign in online i'm automatically signed out within 1 second, notice says "we signed you out after 10 minutes of inactivity". Tried calling but every single number ends up in a "your wait time is greater than 60 minutes"..... who has time for that. This has been going on for over a week now. This bank seems like a big scam.
