App not updating or working

When I try to log on it says that I need to update my app to get the latest version because the version I have may not be the latest version? When I try to update the app it starts a loop and it comes back around and says update app again and I try to update and then it goes back to update app again and so on. So it just gets stuck and I can't update the Truist app.
