Why is Lock it still not working after several days now??

Even the date and time stamped in the issue log is WRONG after reporting the Regions  "lock it" issue!  I just reported an issue at 1:45 am CST on 11/5/2021, but the date and time stamp erroneously reported it 2 hours behind, i.e., showing 11:45 pm, 11/3/2022.
