can not use bill pay or Zelle ... every once in a awhile it will start to go through, but otherwise I kep getting this message every time I try over the last 2 days

I have the same problem. Talked with tech on the phone last week. He said to give them 48 hours and the problem would be resolved. Well, that didn't happen. Closed today so I'll have to try when I can. Very frustrating when needing to send money.

It's doing the same for me when I try to use my s22 ultra and s21 ultra on both phones I'm not able to use Zelle through my bank but I was able to get it to work when I logged in on my friends iPhone so I know it's something with my phones

9/2023. I'm getting the error code 4100 in my Regions online banking website AND mobile app in the BILLPAY, ZELLE, DEPOSIT Areas. I've made numerous calls. The person put in an IT ticket 3 days ago and I still wait for it to be fixed. Person said it has to do with an upgrade. If not fixed soon I'll be going to a different bank.

Having the same issue no matter where I log in. I'm about to have late bills if I can't get in and pay them.  I called and was told to update the app and turn location services on. Did that and still get 4100 error.
Very frustrating.

Regions Bank. unable to complete your request at this time error code 4100 for zelle. Super frustrating. Doesn't seem to be a fix either from what I've read on here

This is utterly ridiculous. This issue is obviously been going on for days causing massive shutdown and transactions. This truly makes me want to find another bank.

I am getting the same thing when people are trying to send me money.  I have called the bank without success and only tickets being put in.  I need to get paid.
