Online system down

After several trys to access my account online and I got the "system unavailable" message, I tried calling the customer service phone number but was told there was a 15 minute wait to talk to a rep. So I drove to my local Regions bank to ask about the problem. The teller said she was unaware of the online issue, then printed an alert and told me to reboot my computer and try again. I followed her advice but the system is still down. What is going on? This is very concerning and really tests my patience and piece of mind as a customer.

Are you using Firefox? I can confirm it it doesn't work in Firefox, but works fine in Edge and Chrome.

 

Firefox also doesnt work at another bank site I have.
