Can’t login again

4th week in a row I can’t login till Tuesday this is uncalled for

I have been locked out of my account AGAIN. I am very fed up with this issue. It is Saturday and I can't get in touch with anyone at my local branch and the number that is given when they lock you out due to "numerous unsuccessful attempts" (Prosperity's online fault, not mine) does not get you anything but an interminable wait time and no response. When the online service works, it's great but lately, I cannot ever count on being able to log in successfully. I use my Prosperity account for most of my bills, purchases, etc., but may be forced to move what I keep in this bank to the bank where I have my money market account and my other accounts, including an inactive checking account that I could easily activate. I had my account  and another before that one for about 50 years with First Victoria and have been with Prosperity ever since they acquired First Victoria. I would hate to have to take about $50,000 out of this account in order to change all of my checking activity to my other bank, so I've continued to put up with this unacceptable situation till now.
