Pintrest account will not send pins at times and when it does, the receiver never gets them even though I get a sent confirmation

My daughter and I cannot send pins to each other anymore. For the last week or so we both get a message that says "oops sorry pin can't be sent". We used to be able to send pins back and forth until just recently.
