Can't create a new board or add a pin

I get the spinning wheel that goes on forever forever

Can't do anything on my pintrest, it wont do anything when i push the pintrest button, as well as things are doubled up on the right side of the screen and my notifcation screen is squised so you can't see it.  been like this for 3 days...
