I click a pic to pin but receive a pop-up saying I'm in safe mode and to log out and reset my password. When I try to I do not receive the email info.

This has been happening for weeks. Love the site but am spending way too much time trying to figure out how to fix. I am going to discontinue Pinterest if it isn't resolved SOON!
I have had the same problem in that I establsihed this account -- it's a key week for promotion -- and Pinterest site tells me there is an error, won't send new passcode, was slow to confirm email or send that with link to confirm. It's a mess this week! Their staff takes days to reply and then doesn't really address full concern. They don't have online chat support or a toll-free number for rep to call. In fact, I got email that they had small staff and I had to wait days. I set this up as a biz to promote product. Terrible service. What is going on?
