It didn't apply to my problem which before the blank page was I couldn't login with correct email & password and was not receiving emails to change password.

Yes. Thank you, im having the same issue. My account went into safe mode and it told me the only way to be able to use it again was to reset my password. I went to the website and it said it would email me instructions but I never got them and everytime I tried to access my account it gave me the "whoops" thing. I hope they fix it soon...
