Can load landing page, but for past several days, after entering login credentials, receive message, "We’re having technical difficulties, try again later."

I can not log in to my account on OkCupid. com ever since 17 Sept, 2016 after I blcoked and reported someone who sent me an inappropriate message. And the same screenshot showing on my laptop as above. And when I tried with my iPod the mobile version of okcupid, it says 'there appears to be something wrong with my account.' So what, something wrong with their site or my account has disappeared. Strangely enough, I can not even create a new account on okcupid after i can not log back to my original account. Anyone has similar problem? Oh i forget, when I tried to write them feedback, after I fill in the form and clicked submit, it says 'Captcha was incorrect. Please try again.' But there is no Captcha showing on the form at all!!! really a bizarre. I used some websites to check realtime if okcupid is up or down, some says up, some says down. I'm wondering what the problem is.
