Receive an error message "Sorry, we're having technical difficulties right now. Check back later." - have gotten this all day. What's going on?

I have been receiving the same message every time I try to login. Staff robot not working. Check bacback later. What is the problem. Been going on for a week.
cant log in it keep saying Sorry, we're having technical difficulties right now. Check back later
Yep, same thing. Doesn't recognized password, says "Internal Error", or "Sorry, we're having technical difficulties right now. Check back later." Not receiving any System email since 9/18/2013
