technical difficulties

i'm from Italy and there was all ok. Now i'm in Russian and was all ok until i change operator with BEELINE, ..and all time i got this message (technical difficulties") when i try to connect! Too bad i could change operator for now and don't know why only with cupid give me this problem (facebook and skimilar are all ok!) please help me!
