Can't sign in. 'technique issues, try later' on laptop and 'there appears to be something wrong with your account' on mobile

Like the title says, I can not log in to my account after 2 days' of use this site. I got logged out with no reason after I blocked and reported someone sending me inappropriate message. Can't log back ever since, the site on laptop says they're having technique issues and try again later. I then used my tablet using mobile version saying that there's something wrong with my account.

I don't understand, so people are not allowed to blcoked or report abusive users on this site?? Then why this stupid site created the 'block and report'icon on its page. rididculous!! After I browsed what people reported on similar issue that I encountered, I understand what happened. It is not the site down but 99.5% they did something on my account.

I should have known it earlier than I wouldn't register on this site. I just want to log back on to delete my pics there and after that I don't care if they block me or delete my account. The trouble is now, the account with my email ID still in use as I can not register a new account with my original email ID.
