after putting in password it says that okc is having techical difficulties. changed my password but it didn't help!

I haven't been able to get on the site, either. After logging in, I get a "Technical Issue," message. I've written them for the last four days, (today is 6-10-16) and they don't respond, they don't fix the site. What is the matter with them?
I tried to request a password change, as well, thinking maybe this may be the "Technical Issue," problem. But, when I got the link, in my email, to change my password, I clicked on the link. It told me the link had already expired. So, that didn't work either. What is going on with this stupid site?
