Can't edit profile

I recently created an account on OkCupid, and am having some trouble with filling out my profile information. Here is the message I attempted to send their feedback people:

Hi, I recently created an account with OkCupid, and have begun to add information about myself to my profile.  Unfortunately, I've run into some trouble when filling out the essay information.  When I attempt to save the information to my profile, I am just brought back to the top of the page, and the information is not saved.  When I leave the page, it is lost.  This has proved to be rather frustrating, as I have attempted it multiple times and each time lost lengthy passages about myself. I am currently not able to add any information to my profile due to this problem. Is it possible that something is wrong with the website, or am I doing something wrong? I would appreciate some help with fixing this situation. Thank you,

Unfortunatly, I was unable to send this message to them, because, just as the save button would do nothing but bring me back to the top of the page after I tried to write in my profile information, hitting the send button did nothing. Also, when I try to send messages to other people, it only works if I directly click send a message on their profile, I can't respond to their message directly by hitting reply... this is very frustrating, and I wonder if anybody else s having these problems. I hope this can be fixed soon.
