can't set up profile other than pics, can't answer questions, can still do tests though

When I try to log in I get internal error started 2/4/2013 had to rejoin the site losing all my data just a few days ago because I could not edit answers or edit remarks. This site sucks if you meet someone you could lose them. Its better to pay then you have recourse. Did I say this site SUCKS
