Can't do anything

I haven't been able to log into my account for several days now.  I have tried, but it just says that there are "technical difficulties" and to try back later.  I have tried making a new account, but that also results in an error.

Does this mean that I have been banned for some reason?  Or is it a legitimate technical difficulty?  Is anyone else having problems?

I'm having trouble, too. I cleared my cookies/history and still no luck.

Same here. Tried a proxy, tried using the app, nothing. Won't let me log in or create a new account.
