keep getting error message, does not recognize my username, when i enter my email for a new password it says oops what did you do, tell us a we will get back to you. i tried signing up with a new name and still will not let me access it says internal error

This is pretty much what I've been getting, too.
Potential relationship - down the drain!
i can't sign up for a new account. i get to the page to make the username and password but when i enter a password, i can't move on to the next page. the done button with not take me to the next page.
How can i sign up a new account
